Greta to hear from you guys. You are a topic of conversation every Wednesday. Jealousy doesn’t even come close to describing the tone. It sounds like you guys are getting your sea legs. I’m looking forward to more instalments of the adventures of Margie and ol’ what’s ‘is name.

Hi, John. We hope you can come sailing with us sometime!

Margy, your adventures sound other-worldly. You’re so lucky to see the sights you are recording, eat the food you describe and meet interesting people from all over, in addition to learning about new cultures. I say you’re lucky, but you have worked damned hard to be competent to navigate that boat. Enjoy it!!

Thanks, Mary. Great to hear from you! Keep in touch!

Margy, I gather from the comments above that you are the photographer. I am really impressed by your photos. Would you mind sharing what gear you are using to capture those incredible shots?

Wow! You sure are living the dream. Keep the photos and stories flowing. Love to hear about the adventure. Just googled Fiji and Tonga so I have an idea of where you are. Looks like you have covered much of Fiji according to the Delorme maps.

    • M&M July 25, 2016 at 8:59 pm - Reply

Hi, Greg. We have covered some of Fiji, but only set foot on 7 of 300 islands. As for Tonga, we have only been to the Vavau Group. More blogging to come! Hope all is well. When are you coming for a visit?

  16. Brent Kraushar May 1, 2017 at 3:30 pm - Reply

Hi Margy & Monty,Geoff English sent me the link to your “adventure site”. My name is Brent and my wife name is Kim Kraushar. I am recently inspired to purchase a catamaran and start with an adventure in the Caribbean. We have owned a house on Isla Mujeres for 10 years and have a friend with a marina for dock/mooring. We will be following you now to stay inspired and perhaps in 1 1/2 to 2 years start own our similar adventure. Be safe and thanks for sharing…

Hi Margy & Monty, SUCH a great site! Thanks so much for all the helpful information about where you’re sailed, not to mention letting us have an eye on your marvelous adventures! We’re sorry we won’t get to see you in Tonga, but maybe we will see you in New Zealand. We put Whistler on our followed blogs on the main page of our svgoldenglow.com blog because yours really is an excellent resource.. Ellen & Rand

Hi, Richard! Good to hear from you! All the best, Margy and Monty

    Funny story,

Michelle and I got to visit you when we tagged along with John and Amanda as Mahina students when we visited your lovely boat in Wallis.

Flash forward to the Annapolis boat show and we were touring the Antaries boat chatting about how this was the same type boat we were on in Wallis and all I could remember was the nicknames that Amanda had given you “Poodle and Eye Candy”. Within a fraction of a second Beth Simkins interjects from behind us “Monty and Margy” She must have radar ears because we were in the other hull!

    • M&M November 9, 2019 at 12:29 am - Reply

That is funny. Hope you enjoyed the show! Did you buy a boat?
